Need an Angular expert to create a simple "page builder" (sections selected via dropdown menu) - NO AUTOMATIC MESSAGES

I'm currently working with a group of developper that has difficulties finishing the work.
What was asked for is a simple page builder:

1- Select section type and add the section to page
SECTION 1 (Main description) - Title text field, Icon upload, Text area field
SECTION 2 (Left text with image/video) - Title text field, Icon upload, Text area field, button name, button link, dropdown to choose between an image or a youtube video link (to be displayed as embed video on front end).
SECTION 3 (Right text with image/video) - same as SECTION 2, except text is on the right column instead of the left column
SECTION 4 (Center text with background image + slideshow) - Icon upload, background image with parallax effect, Title text field, sub-title text field, Text area field, Slider images upload (gallery pop up on click of these slider images)
SECTION 5 (two column content area - title, subtitle, text, image/video) - Left Content
SECTION 5 (two column content area - title, subtitle, text, image/video)- Right Content
SECTION 6 (steps, title, text, image/video)
SECTION 7 (full width windowed html/text)

Goal is to have the freedom to add sections (i could be adding 4 times the same section if i wanted to), order them as i want and being able to delete them if needed.
I have a 1 week deadline to accomplish this task. If you manage to fix this properly and on time, you might get more jobs in the future.
