.NET Core LMS POC Development

I need a Proof of Concept (POC) for a Learning Management System (LMS) using .NET Core. The POC should demonstrate a simple login flow and course enrollment for the Learner role to showcase capabilities of developing the full blown application from scratch.

POC Delivery:
5 days

We will provide:
- Design: Figma file and design system
- Hosting
- User stories

Suggested POC Components:
- Frontend (AngularJS)
- Backend (.Net Core)
- Database (MS SQL server developer edition)

POC Deliverables:
- Docker compose file for all components
- Architecture Diagram
- Github Actions Workflow for automatic CI/CD
- Code Documentation
- Technical documentation

Key Requirements for the full blown system after :
- Course delivery and tracking functionality
- Certificates issuance and lookup
- Development of or integration with conferencing solution
- User roles: Administrators, Instructors, Learners, Data Entry, Audit (for POC, just focus on Learner role for login and enrollment flows)
- Complete GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in .NET Core
- Experience with containerization and DevOps
- Experience with LMS development or similar systems
- Strong understanding of user role management and course tracking systems
