Multiple Image upload issue in Ionic Angular App

We need a developer who can solve image upload issue in Ionic with angular App urgently. Following are the project specification and version of Ionic and Angular

Backend API: PHP Yii Framework

There is one issue of Images uploading to the server. I would like to explain the detail issue of the App. Captured images from mobile could not be uploaded to the server which are stored in the local File System as well as stored in the Local Storage.
