Moodle Backend and AngularJS frontend Developer

I need some very expert developer, who can immediately start this work and finish. Backend is Moodle, which is LMS and front-end is in Angular. I can share all the details thru' message board. There are few bugs and one functionality to complete, which I can explain. Of course, i will also share source code. No advance or partial payment please, as I am honest person and happy to pay once project is 100% completed successfully. I have had issues with Freelancers, who do few points and then leave in the middle taking partial money, which is useless, as i want my project completed not partially done.
