Modify customer journey on website (controls, UI/UX) - Angular, Nest, Node.Js, AWS, etc.

I am looking for a WEB APP DEV EXPERT to modify the customer journey on my WEB APP.
My priority is to improve navigation ease for my users. You’ll be creating 4 options for students to navigate across the website once they create an application.
Note this is both front-end and back-end. Need expert knowledge with MEAN/MANN stack - Angular, NodeJs, Nest, MongoDB, AWS, etc.
I don't have specific design elements or features in mind, and I'm open to suggestions from the freelancer. I would like to be moderately involved in the design and development process. PLEASE HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION and HAVE A COMPETENT DEVELOPMENT TEAM!
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in Angular, Nest, Node.Js, and AWS
- Strong UI/UX design skills
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with me on the project
- Ability to propose creative solutions to improve the customer journey on my website.
