Mobile Checklist App Module for Construction Management
Budget: $500 – $1,000 USD
We’re seeking an experienced developer or team to build a fully functional mobile module centered on interactive checklists for construction projects.
Key Features & Requirements:
• Real-time task tracking and validation for construction projects.
• Ability for architects to create detailed checklists with specific items for each project phase.
• Team members can mark tasks as complete, add observations, photos, and flag any issues directly within the app.
• Export checklists via WhatsApp and email.
• External authentication via providers like Google, Apple, etc.
• Cloud storage for checklists using Firebase or another scalable solution.
Accepted Technologies:
• Preferred: Flutter + Firebase
• Alternative: React Native + Supabase
• Option for native performance: Kotlin + Firebase
Timeline: Up to 8 weeks
Payment: Milestones-based (payments will be made in stages)
Requirements for Applicants:
• Proven experience with one of the accepted tech stacks with a portfolio or cases of similar projects.
• Commitment to deadlines and deliverables.
• Availability for regular progress meetings.
