Mobile App Update Hybrid - ionic 3 to 5 using Angular with Codeigniter PHP backend

This mobile app is up and running on Android and iOS, compatible with mobile and tablets and we are looking to do update from Ionic 3 to Ionic 5 and some improvements as mentioned in the attached document. The app is developed on Hybrid Ionic 3 built using Angular with Codeigniter PHP backend. Any bids exceeding the project budgeted amount will not be considered.
