Minimalist Web Design and Angular Development

I'm looking for a talented individual or team to bring a sleek, minimalist design to my website while also executing strong Angular development.
Key requirements:
- Designing major webpages with a minimalist approach, for which I can provide a basic framework
- Developing webpage interfaces in HTML and CSS
- Constructing a layered and efficient virtual assistant feature with a focus on:
- Information search and capture
- Voice command processing
- Spanish speaker would be preferred
For your information, I've already taken care of external integrations with APIs and the database. So, you won't be burdened with that aspect of the project.
Ideal candidate should be proficient in Angular, HTML, CSS and web design with a robust portfolio demonstrating minimalist aesthetics. They should also have experience in building virtual assistant features, particularly in information retrieval and voice processing.
