Microsoft Teams App development integrating with our existing web app

We have an existing Angular app, and our goal is to have an MS Teams tab app that allows our clients' employees/users to interact with some of our key features right inside MS Teams. As part of that, we need a notification bot and web hooks to communicate from our server to MS Teams. Auth0 is used for authentication by our web app and must be part of the MS Teams app build. We are already set up on Microsoft Azure.
