Halo (https://www.halopowered.com/) is a web development and web art design company from the USA founded in 2006 It employs approximately 230 people. Its US headquarters are in Lithuania.
The development profiles of their company and the technology stacks they work with are MEAN and MERN with much more focus on MEAN.
MEAN: MongoDB, Express, Angular and Node. Regarding Angular, they work from version 9 onwards and with technologies such as NgRx and RxJs.
The company has 4 divisions which are as follows:
Agency: they work on projects for specific clients. Most of these clients are for the U.S. These projects are focused on web development and web design.
Studio: they focus more on design and creation. They work on web design for music production companies and music artists.
Labs: these are projects with clients and also internal Halo projects. They work with React and Node.
The new division is called innovation: and works with Angular/React and Node.
We offer a B2B contract with an hourly rate, still, it is a full-time job. We pay twice a month ( every 15 days) and the payment is in USD.

Regarding the hiring process:
It consists only of 2 interviews:
1) technical interview ( last 1 h )
