The ideal candidate will not only be technically adept at using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js but also be capable of mentoring and monitoring our interns, ensuring knowledge transfer, and promoting a learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Development:
Develop, implement, and maintain the application using the MERN stack.
Ensure the application is fully functional, user-friendly, and meets business requirements.
Collaborate with the design team to implement UI/UX designs.
Conduct testing, debugging, and improving application performance.
Mentorship:
Mentor and monitor the progress of interns.
Provide hands-on training and knowledge transfer.
Evaluate the performance and provide feedback to interns.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the project manager and other team members.
Provide regular updates on project progress.
Participate in team meetings and discussions.
