MEAN Stack Developer for Building a Web Application ( Plus Basic Admin Tool)

I am looking for an experienced MEAN Stack developer that can help me to build a web application, plus a basic admin tool. The job requires a deep understanding of the JavaScript programming language (Angular+Node+Mongo), as well as data structure and database development. This web application will need to be customized to meet the requirements of my project and includes a custom website with dynamic content.
The successful candidate must have proven experience developing web apps, knowledge and experience with the MEAN stack, and a portfolio showcasing their work. Please let me know if you have any questions, and I look forward to reading your bids!
Final Figma designs are available and I would like you to translate the Figma design into a production-grade website. I have been a software engineer for over 12+ years and was an EM for the last 4 years, you can totally speak in technical terms with me.

Frontend: Angular (latest stable framework) + TypeScript
Backend: Node JS
DB: Mongo DB
Hosting: AWS
Repository: Github (I will provide access to our repo)
CI/CD: Need a simple pipeline build so that any push to Github should deploy the code to production automatically
Total Timing: 10-14 days with QA included

3. Timeline: 10~14 days. Timing is super critical here

1. It's sort of a basic CMS application. We do not have Figma for the admin part of it but we need to build it. For the admin tool, it does not have to be fancy. Even a basic admin tool with a basic design should be fine as long it's working.
2. The Figma design has one component missing that is going to be critical. I can explain what that is so you can include that in your estimations.
