Looking for a UI/UX developer

Im looking for a UI/UX developer who is experienced in typescript, with a front-end framework of your choosing. (i.e React.js, Angular, etc). Will be a long-term project lasting a few months, and I will be proving backend apis, database configs, and cloud access as well. My max budget is 45000 INR a month.
