Laravel Modernization Expert Needed

I'm seeking a talented full stack developer to do a complete rewrite of an app that is written in Laravel 5.2 with AngularJS frontend and Datatables.js integration.
The developer should be very familiar with all these technologies and also understand or have experience with crypto payment gateways
I want to upgrade the Laravel version to a modern Laravel 9 or 10 and I am OK with changind the AngularJS with Angular, VueJS or even getting rid of AngularJS and use plain Laravel to re-create the app.
The app is an e-commerce site that sells digital products in form of (login credentials) and it has users, resellers and admin.
