Job support in Application development

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to take on a job support role in the development of an application. The application is developed in AngularJS 1.7.8, PHP and MySQL. And needs someone with experience in both programming and development. I plan to have specific features and functionality that the freelancer will need to understand and focus on, so previous experience with similar projects is ideal. The deadline for this project is more than a month, depending on the scope of the project.
