I'm seeking a proficient Java developer based in Pune, with extensive experience in designing payroll and leave & attendance software across various industries, specifically manufacturing. The primary task will be to create software that can seamlessly integrate with our existing HRIS.

Key Features:
- Automated salary calculations
- Tax calculations
- Employee benefits tracking
- Generation of PF/PT/LWF/ESI challans in accordance to government formats
- Comprehensive leave and attendance tracking, shift working, and geo-tagging
- Development of reports and dashboards related to payroll
- Compatibility with both web and mobile applications

Compliance Requirements:
- Software must be able to generate PF/PT/LWF/ESI challans
- Adequate tax compliance features
- Adherence to leave and attendance regulations
