Ionic fix of dependencies (firebase/cordova/windows)

I builded the ionic application some weeks ago. Now there are some unknown changes in Windows system, the app is not working anymore.

I need someone who understand the error messages and can fix it on my computer please.
I attached the information here as screenshot.

Computer:
- Windows 10, admin permission
- Git of project is available
