Ionic expert (plus Firebase + Angular)

I am looking for an experienced Ionic developer who has expertise with versions 3.x, a great understanding of Angular, and a solid knowledge of Firebase. If you have all of these skill sets, I'm confident you will be a great fit for this project and I look forward to working with you.
This project will require you to apply your expertise in all three technologies, as they will be essential in making sure the final product meets the highest standards of quality. You must have a good eye for detail, and be able to work independently or collaboratively depending on the needs of the project.

The project (mobile app - iOS and Android) was developed some 3 years ago to beta testing level of the app. I then halted the development because of my job (which I have now left to concentrate on this app). The current developer will hand over access to the Code Depositary. We need you to get the current app ready to test - then update to current Ionic version.
When successful we will then have ongoing development work with the app.
