Ionic angular iphone/android app developer needed

Hi,
we've got a simple redeem app (vouchercart redeem app) with authorisation and voucher qr code scanning which allows staff members who use vouchercart system ( web platform ) to redeem vouchers purchased via vouchercart.com platform.
We are looking for a developer to upgrade it regularly to be visible in google play / apple ios iphones
Recently google stopped showing our app to new android devices and probably the same for local iphones .
The app is done in ionic ( angular ) language . We need someone experienced ionic angular developer.
It was not updated since 2021 so could be a little bit out of date. The project is to upgrade it to latest ionic and also make it available on google play and app store for iphones again for newer phones
We use bitbucket for code, jira, slack.

Target API level policy changes will impact the availability of your app on Google Play starting Nov 1, 2022
Starting Nov 1, 2022, apps that don't target an API level within 2 years of the latest Android release (API 29 and below) won't be available to new users with devices running Android versions newer than your app's target API level. This means that new users won't be able to discover or install your app on Google Play.
We recommend you target Android API 31 or above so that your app continues to reach all Google Play users. For technical guidance, refer to this migration guide.
