Ionic Firebase push notification on Google Play Issue

We have an app built on Ionic. We have two firebase projects (Dev and Prod) for push notifications. We have configured on firebase console everything and when we generate the apk and install it on the device, everything works correctly pointing to PROD, but when we generate a signed bundle and upload it to Google Console it points to DEV. We are putting on the Android/App path the google-service.json with the PROD configuration but it still pointing to Dev. This only happens when we upload the bundle to the Google Play console for internal testing.
