Ionic App- Change the Design + Dynamic Links

We have an XD Design and an already running ionic app. We want to update the frontend with new design. There are around 30 pages. Five new pages will have to be created. Also the freelancer will have to develop firebase Dynamic links for the app.

XD file and other information will be provided individually.
