Ionic 5 + Angular Frontend Development

Attached are screenshots for a new project. I need an Ionic5+Angular developer to create all the screens including the navigation between the screens. This initial project is only to create the frontend work. Once the frontend is done, we will engage in a second project to hook up with REST services but initially it's purely frontend with static content and images.
The quoted amount will be paid into Freelancer.com escrow only. Do not make contact if your intention is to work outside of Freelancer.com's website. All communications go through Freelancer.com only.
I need a fixed price and timeline to complete all frontend work. Code must be submitted daily to my Github repository so that I can monitor progress and quality. Because the money will be safe with Freelancer, you must agree to submit the code daily to my Github repository.
I need clean well written HTML5, JavaScript and CSS.
NO INLINE STYLES!
NO POSITION ABSOLUTE TAGS!
The screens must scale perfectly on all iOS and Android Devices
If you cannot test on iOS, do not bid for this project.
I have spend thousands of dollars on freelancers and most guys mess me around, if you're not reliable do not bid. If you are reliable and we work together well on this project I can assure you of a lot more work in the future.
