Investment Management Web App Development

I am building “Is aMoney”, a financial-management web application centred on investment management. The goal is a responsive, secure platform where users can bring all of their brokerage accounts together, track portfolio performance in real time, and visualise growth through clear, interactive charts. A modern stack—think React or Vue on the front end, Node, Django or a comparable framework on the back, PostgreSQL or MySQL for data persistence, plus a reliable market-data API—will keep the experience fast and future-proof.

Key deliverables
• Fully functional web application, deployed to a cloud host of your choice
• Secure registration / OAuth login and encrypted data storage
• Portfolio import (CSV + API), position tracking and automatic price updates
• Dashboard with performance metrics, allocation breakdown, and customisable charts (e.g. D3.js, Chart.js)
• Transaction history, realised/unrealised P&L and tax-lot reporting
• Admin panel and concise technical documentation for hand-off

Acceptance criteria
• Pages load in under 2 seconds on a 3G connection
• All critical actions covered by unit + integration tests (≥80 % coverage)
• OWASP top-10 vulnerabilities addressed; no sensitive data in logs
• CI/CD pipeline triggers automated deployment to staging and production
