Integration of Frontend Angular with Backend Laravel

Angular developer to work in an angular team project, the task is to:

- implement form submission logic and validation
- implement data fetching and presentation in the UI
- implement services and other classes that connect to the backend API
- implement state management using ngrx

NB: The UI is fully implemented.
