Integrate Realism Effects Library with Angular/React

I'm looking for a skilled frontend developer to integrate the Realism Effects library into either Angular (preferred) or React for me.
Key Requirements:
- Integrate the Realism Effects library with the selected framework.
- Apply medium level customization to Three.js.
- Implement custom shaders as part of the integration.
