Integrate Dashboard in a website

I have site web site built in angular.JS, PHP, SAS, MySQL. It has permission structures, roles and many functions that users can use. I am looking to build and integrate a dashboard for the roles so when people log in, they see graphs, personalised data and links to new pages.
