Help me with a simple project in Angular

I need help in the very simple creation of angular components and their development. These components are simple: I need a table with some data for certain books (id, book name, author name, date added), to which I need to attach some simple filters for sorting (by name, by date added, etc.) and possibly a search field. I need you to explain the component principle to me, I'm a junior at first and I need explanations. I am aware that it is a simple project that can be done by someone with experience in less than an hour. My budget is $ 15.
