Your mission is to build the MVP end-to-end, partnering with our product and design teams to deliver features quickly and iterate based on provider feedback.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years building production web apps with React and Node.js
Strong proficiency in Tailwind CSS (or another utility-first CSS framework)
Hands-on experience with the OpenAI API or equivalent NLP/AI services
Proven implementation of secure file uploads (AWS S3 or Firebase Storage)
Data modeling and CRUD operations in Firestore or PostgreSQL
Authentication flows (JWT/OAuth) using Firebase Auth or Auth0
Designing and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs
Clear, proactive communication and ability to work autonomously
Nice-to-Have
Background in NDIS, healthcare, or other regulated-services platforms
AWS Lambda / API Gateway experience
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.)
Basic UI/UX or Figma prototyping skills
