HTML SINGLE DYNAMIC PAGE - Angular Framework.
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I want a HTML PAGE which is dynamic for users to fill in details on several 'pages' without living the single HTML Page. I want Angular framework for that. (you wont be connecting to the database,
but you will create a form for that will pass the data collected Json format, or a format that an angular API can pick.
The page is single page with multiple layers where client can click next, and can see the progress and position of their application without living the initial html page.
I have attached two files,
1 is a word document on the fields i want to be put in the form,
2 is an image sample of how i want to the form to look like.
