Google Firebase Performance Platform Build

Project Overview

We are building a Google-based Building Performance Intelligence system for property management portfolios.

The platform tracks:
• SLA compliance
• Task execution events
• Audit scores
• Rework & complaints
• Certification scoring

The system will serve:
• Cleaning crews (task execution interface)
• Supervisors (audit module)
• Property managers (BI dashboard)

The goal is to create an MVP that runs entirely on Google ecosystem tools

Scope – MVP Phase 1

We need a developer to build:

1. Backend
• Firebase or Supabase backend
• Structured data model (Buildings, Zones, Tasks, Executions, Audits, Complaints)
• Role-based access control

2. Web App (PWA preferred)

User roles:
• Cleaner
• Supervisor
• Property Manager

Features:
• Daily task list per building/zone
• QR check-in per zone
• Timestamped task completion
• Photo upload
• Audit scoring form
• Corrective action logging

3. Analytics Integration
• Data export to Looker Studio
OR
• Embedded analytics dashboard

4. Certification Engine

Weighted score calculation:
• SLA compliance
• Audit score
• Rework %
• Complaint rate

Future Phase (Not immediate)
• API integration with property management platforms (Bloxs)
• Automated certification generation
• Portfolio benchmarking

3. Skills required

• Firebase experience
• Google Cloud experience
• React / Next.js or Flutter Web
• PWA experience
• Looker Studio integration
• Data architecture knowledge

Optional but great:
• Experience building operational analytics platforms
• Experience with role-based systems
