Github Action Pipeline for a meteor-angular project

I have a meteor-angular project which I would like to deploy on the server and also create a Pipeline so every time we push any changes to the branch it automatically builds the new changes and it should be a Github Action Pipeline.

Unfortunately, you have to work remotely on this project to make the deployment either via Anydesk, Teamviewer, or something else.
