I am launching a sprint-driven SaaS platform tailored for adult home care operations, with structured development across backend (Node.js/Prisma), frontend (React/Tailwind), and modular planning via markdown. I need an experienced GitHub specialist to set up and configure the repository to ensure clean collaboration, efficient sprint flow, and DevOps readiness.

Scope of Work:
1. GitHub Repository Initialization:
- Create and organize repo structure: `frontend/`, `backend/`, `.github/`, `docs/`.
- Set branch protections: `main`, `develop`, `feature/`, `hotfix/`.
- Configure default labels and milestones for Sprints 1–5.
- Initialize `.gitignore`, `README.md`, and LICENSE (MIT preferred).

2. Project & Issue Management:
- Set up GitHub Project board with columns: Backlog, In Progress, QA, Done.
- Link markdown-based sprint issues to the board for tracking.
- Define contributor roles and team access levels.

3. Contribution Workflow:
- Add `CONTRIBUTING.md` and issue templates (feature, bug).
- Implement pull request template and branching convention guide.
- Prep for CI/CD integration via GitHub Actions (optional).

4. Optional Enhancements:
- GitHub Wiki navigation setup.
- Freelancer team onboarding doc in markdown or Notion format.
- Connect to Docker workflow or Slack notifications (bonus).

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in GitHub repository architecture for startup teams.
- Familiarity with markdown sprint planning & CI setup.
