Generic Angular template

I am looking for an experienced Angular developer to create a very simple template with a specific structure for my project and explain it to me. The template should have the following features:

- Responsive design
- Authentication and user management (including interceptor for JWT and guards)
- Authorization (it will be dynamic authorization methodology, and the privileges will be attached in JWT)
- data visualization
- multi language support
- reusable components for data visualization, and other common components

Design:
I do not have a specific layout or design in mind. I am open to any design that fits the requirements of the project.

Timeline:
I need this project to be completed within a week. It is an immediate requirement.

Skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of Angular framework
- Html, CSS, Bootstrap (PrimeNg is plus)
- Experience in creating responsive designs
- Expertise in implementing authentication and user management systems
- Proficiency in data visualization techniques
