Functional Emails & Notifications for React Website (using Firebase)

I think you can use the firestore extension to send email

On my website, youtubers or streamers for example can create campaigns where their fans can purchased things. I need someone to setup all of the emails, like send emails to customers for receipts, when you create an account or change password/email, send email to people who are following the creator of the campaign when the campaign starts, campaign ends, 24 hours left, etc.
And this same logic should be used for notifications (we have a notification bell on our website, but not functional). If you click on notifications, it should bring you to the correct page on the website too.
This should take around 30 hours or less. I have other smaller misc. tasks to do if you can finish this quickly.
