Fullstack NFT/Market and Spinner platform Development (35 day deadline)

We are looking for an expert Fullstack developer/developers or agency to create a complete solution (Fullstack website/platform) created preferably using node.js and angular/react. (But open to suggestions of other frameworks)
The challenge is creating this platform in 30-35 days, it will most certainly require an important time commitment. (An actual front-end design in .psd or node.js/react/angular will be provided in 10 days)but all the basic functioning can already be started

The website will be dedicated to an NFT project in which the user will be able to customize its own NFT and mint it, it will then be uploaded to the IPFS server and swap the old NFT for the newer NFT the user has created (this pipeline has already been coded and just needs to be adapted to this new platform, but that part of the code is finished).
This platform will use a "login" with Metamask (A crypto wallet & gateway to blockchain apps) and will use an API to gather all information from a specific smart contract to grant the users wallet address certain benefits.
There will be a token system that allows users to buy loot boxes which they can open (and which they contain components they can use to customize their NFTs) there will be bonus rules to increase the amount of tokens a user can receive per day.
There will be a "spinner" that works similarly to a gambling site to unlock loot which you can use to customize your NFT or re-sell. There will also be a market where all items that users re-sell will appear and others can acquire with tokens.
In principle the above is a very simplified overview of the platform that needs to be created, but please contact me so i can provide full documentation.
