Full-Stack Web App with Analytics

I’m building a desktop-first web application and need a full-stack developer who can own the project end to end. The core features I want online in the first release are real-time notifications (think WebSocket or Server-Sent Events speed) and a solid data-analytics layer that lets me surface key metrics in clear dashboards.

Right now I’m targeting desktop browsers exclusively; mobile and tablet support may follow later, so clean, modular code that can be extended is important. I’m flexible on the exact tech stack, but I’m already familiar with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL and would prefer to stay in that ecosystem if it speeds us up. If you have a better suggestion I’m open to hearing it, as long as we don’t compromise on performance or maintainability.

What I need from you:
• Front- and back-end architecture, database schema, and API design
• Implementation of real-time notification plumbing and UI hooks
• Analytics engine that ingests events and renders visual reports
• Basic user roles and settings to manage the above features
• Well-commented code pushed to a private repo plus a brief setup guide
