Full-Stack Restaurant Management Platform

I'm seeking an experienced developer to build BistroBoss, a comprehensive restaurant management platform. The platform requires secure user authentication and will serve three main user roles: Customers, Staff, and Managers/Administrators.

Key Features:
- Dynamic Menu Control: This is the most critical function. Admins should be able to manage categories.
- Order Tracking: Staff and managers should be able to track orders in real-time.
- Reservation Booking: Customers can book tables, and staff can manage these reservations.
- Admin Dashboard: An overview of all activities, including orders and reservations.

Tech Stack:
- Frontend: React and TailwindCSS
- Backend: Node.js, Express, and MongoDB

- Strong understanding of user authentication and role-based access
