I’m ready to commission a bespoke web application and need a full-stack developer who can own the build from database schema to polished front-end. This is a pure custom project—no off-the-shelf CMS or e-commerce template—so deep experience with Laravel and modern PHP is essential, along with the ability to craft clean, responsive interfaces in Blade, Vue, or React.

The work spans:
• defining the application architecture and relational database
