Full Stack Engineer - Ruby on Rails (BE), React or Angular (FE)

Overview - 1 Full-stack Engineer required
- Primary requirement is Ruby on Rails (BE) and JavaScript (React or Angular)
- English speaking requirement. Minimum of intermediate English; must be able to listen, speak and write without interpretation with reasonable fluency.
- Engineer will be joining an existing team
- Requirement to support existing dev team in development and deployment tasks for website and apps and backend infrastructure including API development.
Responsibilities:
- Developing front end website architecture.
- Designing and developing back-end website applications and APIs.
- Developing user interactions on web pages.
- Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications.
- Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment.
- Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process.
- Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs.
Requirements:
- 40 hours per week requirement
- 3-5+ years of modern web development.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS and React
- Proficiency with server-side languages such as Ruby.
- Familiarity with database technology such as PostgreSQL (Redis is a plus)
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
