About Us
We’re a Dubai-based digital studio powering AI brands with in-house websites and web-apps—from high-impact landing pages and booking widgets to customer portals and admin dashboards. We need a dedicated Full-Stack Engineer to own features end-to-end, ensuring pixel-perfect UI, blazing performance, and rock-solid back-end reliability.
What You’ll Do
- Front-End Development, can you AI as Lovable
- Convert Figma/Sketch designs into responsive, mobile-first layouts (HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind)
- Build reusable components in React or Vue (carousels, accordions, modals, sticky CTAs)
- Optimize for performance and accessibility (Lighthouse scores ≥ 90, WCAG AA)
Back-End Development
- Design and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs (Node.js, Express, or similar)
- Integrate with databases (SupaBase, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent)
- Implement secure authentication, role-based access, and session management
DevOps & Deployment
- Automate builds and deployments (CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean, or equivalent)
- Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues
SEO & Analytics
- Embed structured data (Schema.org), set up meta/OpenGraph tags
- Integrate Google Tag Manager, GA4, Facebook Pixel; track key events (bookings, chats, calls)
- Ensure pages load fast and meet Ads quality requirements
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work in an Agile/Git workflow with designers, marketers, and fellow engineers
- Write clear documentation, maintain a shared component library
- Mentor junior devs and conduct code reviews
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years professional full-stack development
- Strong in HTML5, CSS3 (TailwindCSS or similar), and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proficiency with a front-end framework: React, Vue, or Svelte, Lovable
- Solid back-end experience in Node.js (or equivalent), building APIs and database schemas
- Familiarity with relational SupaBase (PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and basic cloud infrastructure
- Deep understanding of performance optimization, SEO best practices, and accessibility
- Experience integrating GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking
- Comfortable collaborating in Git (feature branching, PRs) and writing documentation
- Excellent communication and self-motivation in a remote setting
Nice to Have
- Experience with Next.js, Nuxt.js, or other SSR/SSG tools
- Familiarity with Headless CMS (Contentful, Sanity)
- Containerization with Docker, orchestration (Kubernetes)
- UI/UX prototyping in Figma
- Knowledge of GraphQL and subscription-based APIs
