Full-Stack Developer with React Native/Expo Expertise - 22/02/2026 17:37 EST

Job ID: 40250938

Budget: $50 – $0 USD

Senior Full-Stack Developer (React Native / Expo), Contract-to-Hire
We are looking for a senior full-stack developer with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in React Native and Expo. The right candidate has shipped at least one production application available on both the Apple App Store and the web simultaneously, and can point to that work directly. Experience with React Native's core architecture, including navigation patterns and state management, is expected at a working level, not a theoretical one.
On the backend, you need to be fluent in database logic and deployment using Supabase or Firebase. Familiarity with Vercel is acceptable, though preference goes to candidates who understand how to optimize deployments rather than simply execute them. You should be comfortable owning the full stack, from client-side rendering to backend schema design, without needing hand-holding at either end.
This engagement is scoped as a one-week sprint at approximately 60 hours, so full-time availability for that window is a hard requirement, not a preference. The work involves close collaboration on UI/UX decisions, and you should have a working command of basic design principles well enough to execute on direction and push back constructively when something is off. Scheduled check-ins are expected and non-negotiable.
Prior employment history at a verifiable company is strongly preferred. We will be checking references. This contract carries genuine potential for a long-term hire, and we are treating the initial engagement as a working interview in that direction.

Want me to adjust the tone, tighten the scope language, or add anything about compensation structure or application instructions? Can we shorten that and make language actually, keep language formal, but can we shorten to be more concise with bullet points for easily readable materials at a scan or glance. Also add fluency in English as a extreme requirement. Don't say extreme, but as a requirement. Like like fluent good English, not broken English.3:11 PMSynthesized formatting preferences: conciseness, bullets, formality, fluent EnglishSynthesized formatting preferences: conciseness, bullets, formality, fluent EnglishThe user wants bullet points, concise, formal, and add English fluency requirement.Done
