Full-Stack Developer for SPA Database driven website

I'm in need of a skilled full-stack independent developer to help design and develop a single-page, fully responsive website with a backend database and payment gateway integration. The site must be compatible with all major browsers and mobile devices.

Key Requirements:

- Design and develop a single-page application (SPA)
- Implement a fully functional backend admin panel
- Ensure the site is responsive and compatible with all major browsers and mobile devices
- Use NoSQL as the backend database
- Collaborate on the choice of front-end framework, with a focus on Angular and .Net Core

The backend admin panel will require:

- User management capabilities
- Content management features
- An analytics dashboard

I am not looking for a company or a team, but an independent full-stack developer. My budget is limited, so I would appreciate if salespeople refrain from contacting me. Once I select a bid, I will share details of all the pages that need to be designed and developed, as well as the specifics for the database design.
