Full-Stack Dev for Patient Intake Platform

I am building a custom Patient Intake Management Platform from the ground up and are looking for a skilled full-stack developer (or team) to help bring it to life.

Tech Stack:
• Frontend: React.js, Tailwind CSS, Redux, React Router
• Authentication: Firebase (OAuth + Email/Password), JWT
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB

Core Features:
• Secure user authentication with role-based access (Admin, Doctor, Patient)
• Patient intake forms and document upload (e.g., ID, insurance, reports)
• Appointment scheduling system (doctors manage appointments)
• Messaging system (patients <-> doctors, monitored by admins)
• Admin dashboard for assigning doctors and managing platform
• Doctor referrals to other doctors within the system
• Secure API integration with EMR systems (HL7 support)

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in full-stack web development
• Experience with Firebase auth, secure API handling, and MongoDB
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (like HL7) is a big plus
• Ability to follow UX/UI designs and offer feedback
• Clean, well-documented code and Git-based version control
