Frontend developer

We're looking for a frontend developer/team to design and implement a customer facing application as well as an internal backoffice application. There are several screens which have already been sketched in Balsmiq and will require some modifications following discussions as well as getting a professional look and feel. This application will need to use several rest apis authenticated with oauth2 and have permission based functionality. This is a fintech application so the screens will consist of the basic functionality such as Login/Password Reset/Forgot Pass, as well as Transaction viewing, updating, user management, audit screens etc etc. Looking for some professional looking designs and implementation using popular frontend tech (Angular preferred).
