Fix zoom and context menu problem in AngularJS on iOS

I have a small AngularJS app that works fine on desktop and Android, but on iOS (Chrome and Safari) it's having issues with double touches and long touches. The app has icons representing files and folders. The problems are related to touches on these icons.
Problem 1:
When the user double touches on a folder icon, it's supposed to change into the folder. On iOS it does change into the folder, but it also zooms in. We want to disable zooming.
Problem 2:
When the user long touches on a file icon, a custom context menu is supposed to appear. On iOS, the default clipboard copy menu comes up instead. The custom context menu doesn't not appear.
I need both of these problems fixed without breaking any currently working behaviour. Testing will need to be done on my server for which I'll provide SFTP access.
