Project Title: Firebase Loyalty Points App (Basic Version with Rewards Redemption)
Description:
We need a simple but functional customer loyalty app built with Firebase backend. The app should calculate points based on bill amounts using flexible percentage slabs, allow customers to view and redeem points for rewards, and let the company manage all customer data and points.
Core Features (MVP):
1. Customer Registration & Login:
OTP-based login using phone number (no password).
Customer profile includes:
Name
Phone Number
Email
City
Profession (Builder, Architect, Retailer, Consumer, etc.)
Date of joining
Purchase count
2. Points System (Editable Slabs):
Admin can define percentage slabs (e.g., 1% below ₹10,000, 2% below ₹1L, 5% below ₹10L).
Bill is added manually, and points are calculated automatically.
Conversion rate of point-to-Rupee (default 1 point = ₹1) must be editable.
3. Company/Admin Side:
Add bill amount for any customer.
Issue bonus points.
View and edit customer details and point history.
Add/edit reward items (with image and point requirement).
4. Customer Side:
View points balance and points history.
See a list of rewards they are eligible for (based on points).
Monetary value of points is not shown to customer.
Backend:
