Facilities maintenance help desk

I want to develop a helpdesk web site to manage facilities (buildings,offices) incidents where users will raise tickets regarding issues in the buildings.
Then maintenanceangers will get notified by those tickets instantly. Then assign it to maintenance technicians. Then maintenance Technicians will fix it and describe what they used as spart parts. Must be in PHP, MySQL database. Angular
