Experienced .NET core and angular developer no agency

I am looking for an experience .NET full stack developer having good hands on angular + .NET core web api + sql Server + azure , remember I am not accepting agencies and I will prefer the candidate who is having less than five years of experience and more than two years of experience , you need to work along the same line you need to assists on some tasks so you must have he leadership skills as well .
.NET CORE , ANgular Latest , WEB API ,SQL SERVER , Design Pattern , strong OOPS, strong Security design patterns , Azure , Deployment and health check , you need to have all of them if you are having not all dont apply to the job C# is must
