I’m looking for a senior full-stack engineer (or a very small, experienced team) to build the V1 of a production-grade travel planning platform.
This is not a marketing site or a basic chatbot. It’s a real product that combines a booking system with an AI-assisted planning engine. The expectation is clean code, solid architecture, and something that can actually run in production.

What You’ll Be Building (High Level)
A web app where users plan multi-day trips
AI-assisted itinerary generation using real, structured data (RAG)
Availability and pricing logic for bookings
A simple admin panel to manage data and bookings
A production-ready backend and deployment setup
Who This Is For
This is a good fit if you:
Are comfortable owning frontend and backend decisions
Have built and shipped real products, not just demos
Have hands-on experience with LLMs + custom data (vector search / RAG)
Can explain your architecture and trade-offs clearly
This is not a fit for UI-only roles or people limited to basic CRUD apps.
Expected Tech Stack
Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind
Backend: Node.js / serverless
Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL + vector support)
AI: OpenAI or Anthropic APIs (LangChain or custom orchestration)
Milestone-based payments
Clear V1 scope
Full IP ownership transfers on completion
Potential for long-term work after V1
