Experienced Angular Frontend developer and PWA with expertise in Design

I am looking for an expert Angular frontend developer who is expert in UI design and fix all the Design issues and make the web app mobile responsive and PWA. Need to add Service workers and work on Push notification for the PWA.
Already 60% of the pages are mobile responsive, but just need few of the pages to be aligned and fix few issues around the design aspect such as Inbox layout in the mobile view such as widgets.
The whole web application is angular components based and fully working except the frontend design aspect such as alignments, distorted and responsiveness.
Finally publish on the google play store.
